CRAIG RIDER, President and Consultant

Craig started the consulting business in 1979 after leaving a university position as Director of Career Planning and Placement. He is an experienced facilitator adept at assisting groups of individuals to respect each other's strengths and differences, enabling people with divergent points of view to work together for maximum results. Craig provides team building, leadership development, retreats and executive coaching services to organizations throughout the country. Active in community leadership development, Craig conducts the opening retreats for state-wide, regional and local community leadership programs throughout the United States .

PATRICIA RIDER, Vice President and Consultant

Pat has been in business with Craig since 1980 after leaving Price Waterhouse public accounting firm. She is responsible for program design, marketing and product development for The Rider Group. She served as program consultant for state, regional and local community leadership programs. Her excellence was rewarded by the international organization for Community Leadership with the highly competitive Preceptor's Award. She was named one of Dayton 's Top Ten Women for her professional accomplishments and community volunteer activities.
