Team Assessment Survey (TAS)

A survey instrument developed by The Rider Group to measure your team's effectiveness on 6 components of team strength. The results of the TAS show how your team stacks up against all other teams in the database and gives practical suggestions for improvement. This tool will soon be available for our clients online.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

Measures operating style and its impact on career choice, communication, learning style, leadership style, and other areas of personal and team success. Craig Rider is a qualified practitioner and has used it to help hundreds of client groups to enhance their strengths.

MBTI - Step II

A more in-depth version of the MBTI that provides rich data for individual development.

Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

A 360° feedback instrument that compares an individual's and others' ratings on five key leadership practices, and provides data for an action plan to improve leadership effectiveness.

This trait-based approach provides participants with an easy and yet profound framework for understanding their own and others' operating styles.

Personal Strength Inventory -

There are patterns that consistently emerge in everyone's accomplishments. An in-depth, highly focused interview process unearths these and provides individuals and organizations with a concrete picture of these patterns. Using that information, it is possible to identify specific roles and situations where an individual will be motivated and will perform his or her best.  This process can also be used to identify ideal job candidate requirements, career enhancement directions and processes, strength development, and support needs.  In short, individuals and organizations will be able to maximize talents.
