In today's world, teams must be able to form, engage, dissolve and re-form to respond to constant changing demands. The Rider Group transforms teams by providing customized team building processes which are based on the current state of your team.

Using information gleaned from 25 years of team consulting The Rider Group has developed the Team Assessment Survey (TAS) to assess the specific needs of each team. Using TAS results, (and additional assessments when needed) our professionals design a program unique to your team. This approach increases team members' investment in the process while significantly reducing the amount of time needed to bring the team to higher levels of effectiveness. The TAS is often used again at the conclusion of a team building process to assess the level of improvement of both your team and team leader.

When indicated, The Rider Group may also work separately with team leaders, coaching them in ways to enhance their ability to raise the level of team effectiveness.
