Team Assessment Survey

The Rider Group's copyrighted and registered Team Assessment Survey (TAS) was developed 12 years ago and has been used by hundreds of teams to assess their effectiveness. Through statistical analysis of the database, six components of team effectiveness were clearly identified. The results of the TAS show the comparison of your team against the database on each of those six statistically significant components.

Once your team's strengths are identified, The Rider Group consultants help your team members focus on ways to enhance the areas where there are opportunities for improvement. Because the TAS analyzes your team's own data, we consistently see that teams take greater ownership of the improvement process. At any point after the team process has been implemented, a re-take of the TAS allows your team to gauge their progress.
